There are four beautiful and recently refurbished spaces available for hire at St Anne’s at commercial and charitable rates. Our central location in the heart of many creative industries, and immediate access to restaurants, bars and shops makes us an ideal venue for a wide range of uses.

Our rooms are perfect for presentations, workshops, meetings, corporate events, rehearsals, script readings, and social functions.
Community Hall
The largest space that we have on offer, the Community Hall has full and easy access for wheelchair users, a professional grade kitchen, toilets and baby changing facilities. A ceiling mounted HD projector and speakers makes this a great conference and presentation space. It opens onto a charming small terraced garden.

Accommodates up to 60 seated for dinner, 80 seated theatre/lecture style or 100 standing for a drinks reception.
Allen Room
A beautiful oak panelled room with chandeliers, historic stained glass windows, and the use of a large ‘boardroom’ table. Located on the first floor with lift or stair access, it has toilets and a well-equipped kitchen adjacent. TV screen, flipchart and electric piano available at no extra cost.

Accommodates up to 30 seated for dinner, 40 seated theatre/lecture style or 60 standing for a drinks reception.
the counselling room
This small room, accessed via 54 Dean Street is perfect for small meetings of up to 3 people. Suitable for business meetings, interviews, counselling and therapy sessions.

Dean Street Room
This bright, modern space benefits from plenty of light from the large street facing windows and doors to the rear which open out onto a small patio area. Operating as a Community Coffeehouse during the daytime, the main seating area closes in the evenings for private functions. A ceiling mounted HD projector makes this a great space for screenings. Accommodates up to 40 seated theatre/lecture style or 60 standing for a drinks reception.
