Sacred Grounds (Evenings only)
This bright, modern space benefits from plenty of light from the large street facing windows and doors to the rear which open out onto a small patio area. The room measures 8.5m long and 5.7m across at the wide end, 3.7m across at the narrow end. Please note that a ramp is required for wheelchair access to this space.

During the day this space operates as our very own community coffee shop. The main seating area can be closed from 6pm onwards for private functions to take place. The other side of the counter may remain open for takeaway until 8pm (customers do not enter the room). Outside food, drinks and catering is strictly prohibited unless prior approval is granted. Where permitted, a £100 flat fee applies.

The room comes with tables and chairs as shown (with seats for upto 37). Chairs can be stacked and tables pushed aside for a standing capacity of 60. The space is best suited for social events or groups that won’t be affected by the background noise from the coffee shop.
The small patio area is included at no extra cost as part of the space hire and can be used until 9pm. The large patio can be added on for a flat fee of £150 and allows exclusive use of both patios until 9pm.

​Available at no extra cost we have stage decks, flipchart/whiteboard, projector, PA system with microphones, music stands, and high speed fibre-optic broadband.
